• Parents are not allowed to communicate on private basis with teachers to discuss any school problem.
  • Problems are to be reported through the channel book or the Public Relations department in order to be reviewed by the school administration.
  • Public Relation Department receives requests and complains all the day and record them in a “TCR”, TCR recorded before 11:30 will be answered the same day, those received after 11:30 will be answered the next day.
  • In emergencies you can contact or meet the stage coordinator through the PR department.
  • The parents meeting will be held twice a year where you can meet the teachers of your child to discuss all what relates to him/her and you can schedule an appointment with the principal if you need.
  • In the case the student is absent, the parent will send a written note on the second day explaining the reason of this absence, and if this absence is medical, a medical report should be sent to keep in the student’s file.
  • The educational guidance department will watch the personal hygiene daily.
  • In the case of frequent absence, the school will not be responsible for what the student will miss during his absence, it will be the responsibility of the parents to manage to cover this missed material.
  • In case of early leave excuse, the parent will be responsible for the missed academics.
  • All the students must be at school no later than 7:30, the morning assembly is an obligatory to all the student, and delay is not allowed.
  • The students who come after 7:45 am will not be allowed to class unless they have an acceptable excuse.
  • Every student must bring his own supplies to school, note books must be covered and labeled with the student name and class written on it.
  • Schoolbooks should be covered with a transparent cover and a label with the student name and class.
  • Kindly write the name of your child on the uniform and all his supplies and tools in order to avoid loosing any.
  • Kindly check your child’s pencil case daily to make sure he/she has all their tools.
  • Healthy food is important for your child health. Keep on giving your child the breakfast meal before coming to school as well as sending healthy food with them.
  • Sugars, soda, nuts, snacks and the preserved juices are not allowed in school.
  • It’s better not to sent money to school with your child, but if you found it necessary so please don’t send more than 5 pounds with him/her.
  • If your child is receiving any medication, kindly send a written note with the medication stating the medicine name and the potion to enable the school nurse to take care of it.
  • Any updates in the student information must be directly communicated with the students affairs department.
  • The student’s pencil case must be with the student daily; only the academic books, notebooks, painting sketch and colors will be kept in the school.
