Withdrawing from School

Withdrawal Instructions

  • Transcripts and report cards will only be issued to those students who have returned all school materials, including textbooks, library books, and School ID cards.
  • Pick up your records from the Admissions/Registrar’s Office and update your contact information. Please contact the PR Office, if you have any questions regarding withdrawal from the school. It can be reached through the school phone or by e-mail.

Records for withdrawing students will be available from the Registrar’s Office as of the following dates:

End of Semester 1 withdrawals:

Elementary

  • 25th of February each year with prior notification; in all other cases, official records will be available within five working days of notification of withdrawal.

End of year withdrawals:

Elementary School: 1st of July each year with prior notification; in all other cases, official records will be available within five working days of notification of withdrawal.

If your family is departing Egypt before the end of the current school year, a withdrawal form must be completed and turned in to the Admissions/Registrar‘s Office to release records.Withdrawal forms can be picked up from the Reception or can be downloaded here.
